Yèfevî-lèthî Fêqê (/jèˈfevɪ/ /ˈlèʃɪ/ [central] [charcoal]) is a subtropical Town located in the Rehîêro Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Yèfevî-lèthî Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Yèfevî-lèthî Fêqê was founded by Nrêb Zlkepí, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Yèfevî-lèthî Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 29°C (84°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a hot 31°C (87°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a warm 27°C (80°F). Yèfevî-lèthî Fêqê receives an average of 253 cm/y (99 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Yèfevî-lèthî Fêqê covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 2320 m (7611 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Yèfevî-lèthî Fêqê was founded durring the early 14th century in spring of the year 1346, by Nrêb Zlkepí. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Nrêb Zlkepí.
Yèfevî-lèthî Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Yèfevî-lèthî Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.
Yèfevî-lèthî Fêqê is buildings are grouped arround an odd layout of restrictive canals streets, which seems to be based on an overlapping squair patern such that there are small squares at the cornor of every bigger square. Sometimes buildings exist in the smaller squaires, other times they are open spaces, or occupied by temporary structures. The town has a defencive wall made from querried stone. The wall is equipped with a full set of battlments but the nature of its construction methodology leaves it somewhat vulnerable to siege equipment. That said, the town is well defended against anything short of an army. The cost-cutting-focused defences has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.
A look around Yèfevî-lèthî Fêqê is like a look into a broken heart. There is no planning, no organization. Everyone here clearly goes about their own thing with little thought to anyone around them who isn’t selling something they need. It’s not malicious. Heads are hung. Eyes are empty. Something truly horrible happened here once upon a time and the town never healed.
Civic Infrastructure
Yèfevî-lèthî Fêqê has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Yèfevî-lèthî Fêqê.

Yèfevî-lèthî Fêqê has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Yèfevî-lèthî Fêqê's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Yèfevî-lèthî Fêqê possesses a Galvanic Power Grid, which brings galvanic current to most if not all buildings in town, and permits a great many consumer goods to function within the Town. Yèfevî-lèthî Fêqê's grid is powered by hydrogalvanic generators.
Yèfevî-lèthî Fêqê has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Yèfevî-lèthî Fêqê has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
Yèfevî-lèthî Fêqê's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known primarily for its use of abstraction and simplicity. Clean lines, right angles, and primary colors characterized this aesthetic and art movement expressed via architecture and paintings. Its design ethos allows only primary colors and non-colors, only squares and rectangles, only straight and horizontal or vertical lines. Vertical and horizontal lines are positioned in layers or planes that do not intersect, thereby allowing each element to exist independently and unobstructed by other elements. These seemingly impossible principals for an architectural style coalesces into structures which most experts find hard to put into words. It is not that their geometry is impossible, but rather the style's attempt at producing works only describable visually was most successful..

The Beetle, Giant Slicer near Yèfevî-lèthî Fêqê are known to be quite timid.
Yèfevî-lèthî Fêqê's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in winter and involves sacrificing an animal to channel Enchantment energies of tier 3 via throat chanting.

A crushing bandit raid, a lost siege, getting caught at the periphery of a major battle, or some other calamity has inflicted severe damage on the place. Some communities may suffer a longer-term version of this, their youths lost in a grinding, endless battle against some perpetual threat.
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century a local hero by the name of slew a dragon and brought its hoard to Yèfevî-lèthî Fêqê, where it was shared with all. One of Yèfevî-lèthî Fêqê's festivals remembers the hero.
